Upload Attachments File-Size Limit

Currently, please note that the File Attachment is set limited to a maximum size of 512-KB each file, and 3 files per Reply message.
Note that an jpg picture file of size around 256-KB is the best and fast for web display purposes.

* For more files to be uploaded, it can be done in multiple Reply messages.
